We stand behind Amuee with a 60-day money-back guarantee. Used correctly, silicone therapy works — and we're confident enough to put that in writing.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? Contact us as soon as possible — if your order hasn't entered fulfillment yet, we'll cancel it for a full refund. Once an order is processing or shipped, we're no longer able to cancel it — but you're fully covered by our 60-Day Results Guarantee below.
60-Day Results Guarantee
Silicone scar therapy works over time, not overnight. Most customers see visible improvement between 4–8 weeks of consistent nightly use. We ask that you give it at least 4 weeks before requesting a results refund — that's when change becomes visible, and customers who give it that time see the best results.
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 60 days of your delivery date
- Include a brief description of your experience with the tape
No return required. You keep the tape.
Damaged or Incorrect Order
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we'll fix it immediately — no waiting period required.
Email us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo or video of the damage or incorrect item
We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
How to Contact Us
Email support@amuee.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
What's Not Covered
- Requests submitted after 60 days of delivery
- Damage or incorrect item claims submitted after 14 days of delivery
We may request photo evidence of the product, and reserve the right to decline requests where we reasonably suspect abuse or fraud. Refund approval remains at our discretion for accounts with repeated claims.
