How to Request a Refund
Email support@amuee.com and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Before/after photos showing product usage (helps us improve)
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
