Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Costs
Free shipping for almost all countries. Some countries charge $4.99 for worldwide shipping. The costs are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 2–3 days for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- High demand periods or holidays
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact your local carrier with your tracking number
- Email us at support@amuee.com within 7 days of marked delivery
We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
